Hey! We’re Cat and Jeff Chang, destination wedding photographers from the Pacific Northwest. Big fans of celebrating and documenting weddings and elopements, while definitely not big fans of writing bios about ourselves. What can we say? Cat was born and raised in England and immigrated to Canada when she was in high school. While moving countries, changing schools and making new friends wasn’t easy for a fifteen year old, she couldn’t be more happy that it happened.
Today we consider ourselves pretty darn lucky to be writing this bio and preparing to give our creative feedback on all your incredible work. It’s definitely been a journey for us, starting over 13 years ago with nothing more than a cheap camera and an iWeb site (remember those?). Today we’re humbled to be creating and collaborating with so many talented and passionate humans and sharing in their day. It brings us so much joy and is so rewarding to not only do what we love but see how much happiness it brings to our couples. It’s important we all remember why we do this and who we’re doing this for.
