About the Awards
The IWPOTY Awards are held annually, with submissions opening on the 1st of July each year. The entry period extends until the 28th of September with finalists winners announced on December 1st, after 2 rounds of judging.

The competition is purely online, allowing photographers from all corners of the globe to participate. The winners and top entries are showcased on the IWPOTY website and promoted through various media channels, giving finalists and winners widespread exposure.
