When @alessandrobiggi_wedding image won the 2025 Epic Location category, it became much more than another portfolio piece.
According to the man himself, "Winning an IWPOTY Award has had an extraordinary and truly meaningful impact on my business. It opened new opportunities, strengthened the reputation of my work, and inspired me to keep pursuing excellence."
The winning image itself was captured in Porto Venere, Cinque Terre, Italy, just after a summer storm. As the clouds cleared, soft light spilled across the ancient stone arches of the Church of San Pietro. Alessandro had already imagined the composition, carefully positioning his bride so the architecture, landscape and light could come together in one timeless frame.
